Since 1991, American Painting & Renovations, Inc. has offered a wide variety of renovation services to multifamily, commercial, and residential industries. We specialize in exterior painting, roofing, fiber cement siding, vinyl siding, wood siding, carpentry repairs, stucco, gutter replacement, welding, concrete, asphalt repairs, and more. We also provide complete retaining wall installation, outdoor kitchens, gazebos, pet parks, and many other services.

Over 30 years ago, brothers Sid and Chris Theus began American Painting & Renovations, Inc. by providing quality worksmanship and reliable service, the company has grown into a nationwide corporation specializing in the renovation of multifamily apartment communities and commercial buildings.
