Sidney Theus (Sid) has served as the Chief Executive Officer since the founding of APR in 1991. Mr. Theus was appointed to the Development Authority Board of Gwinnett County for District 1 in July of 2008. He is also a member of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce and serves as the Vice Chair of Membership, Small Business and Young Professionals. Currently, he is serving as Vice President to the 1818 Club and is on the Board of Directors. Sid contributes to over 50 charitable organizations locally and nationally. He has also served as a board member for the Gwinnett Medical Center Foundation since 2016. Mr. Theus and his brother Chris also own and operate Theus Properties, LLC, a real estate holding and investment company.

Christopher Theus (Chris) has served as the Chief Operating Officer since he and his brother Sid Theus founded the company in 1991. Mr. Theus has over twenty years of experience working in the renovations industry. Prior to working with APR, Mr. Theus served as an active member of The United States Army for five years.  Mr. Theus and his brother Sid also own and operate Theus Properties, LLC, a real estate holding and investment company.
