At IMT Deerfield, our team completed a full exterior paint job. This included all of 636 apartment homes, a clubhouse, garages and all doors on the property. Additionally, we had to replace or repair all rotting wood and caulk areas that had previously been caulked. Lastly, we coated all staircases with a gloss industrial enamel, giving the entire property a completed rejuvenated look.
